Captain Art, AKA “old man” among a few others! I have been fishing my whole life and fished some of the East and West Coasts and Hawaii areas of the United States. After being introduced to Lake Erie from inland waters of Ohio I fell in love with the great lakes and fished everywhere from Lake Michigan throughout Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. My home port has always been Ashtabula Ohio. Bring the whole family. We are a teaching charter eager to answer any questions you have . While aboard I’ll show you the ropes of why we do certain things we do especially during trolling trips. I’ll also get your group as interactive as they wish to be during your charter. We are docked at the best Marina on the river (Kisters) with two quality sportfishing boats. I’m blessed with the fishing team I have. Captain Justin Dubiel
Captain Justin Dubiel currently holds a 100 ton near coastal master captains license with assistance towing, ordinary seaman, wiper, and steward’s department. Justin completed Sea Tech’s U.S. Coast Guard approved training course to help obtain his license. He has over twenty five years of sea service time with ten years of that working with Procaster Charters, owned and operated by Captain Gary Raymond out of Ashtabula Ohio. While working with Captain Gary he learned the ins and outs of how to run a professional sport fishing operation. During the 2018 fishing season Justin became a member of the “Lucky Strike” and “Bring It On” fishing teams. Justin specializes in walleye, perch, smallmouth bass and steelhead trout fishing. His goal as your captain is to make your fishing trip a safe and memorable fishing experience. Justin brings a friendly personality to the table….come fish with him…..you will not be disappointed! Captain Kevin Severino
Born and raised along the shores of Lake Erie Kevin has been an avid fisherman for greater than 10 years. He began his love of the water aboard a sailboat where he competed in sailboat racing for more than 20 plus years. He has since turned his love on the water to fishing! Kevin is proficient in all types of Lake Erie fishing including perch, walleye, and steelhead trout. Tru trip divers will be used during the spring and early summer while trolling the shallow waters and once mid summer arrives we normally switch to wire lines and dipsy divers as we head to deeper water. Captain Kevin started running charters for us on the Blackfin during 2018 and decided to stay on board with our fishing charter team. Captain Geno Skelley
Please give a warm welcome to another member of the Lucky Strike and Bring It On fishing team to Captain Geno Skelley. Captain Geno has been fishing and boating since he was 10 years old with his father and uncle on Lake Erie and other inland waters and still remembers his first walleye. His passion has grown evermore to big walleye. He has also been a first mate on boats for over 10 years.
He currently holds a masters license with assistance towing, ordinary seaman, wiper, and steward’s department. Geno specializes in walleye, perch, and steelhead trout. Geno’s goal is to make everyone feel the same passion he felt that got him hooked on fishing and to get young kids involved as much as possible, and most importantly creating lasting memories for friends and families for years to come.

1st Mate Devin Salinas
First mate Devin Salinas joined our fishing team in 2022. Still in high school and active in sports Devin plays football as an outside linebacker and baseball as a short stop. His love for fishing and knowledge for what he’s doing on the boats led him to join our fishing team where he’s doing an excellent job on the water. A lot of dynamics have to happen to make your fishing trip enjoyable and this young man knows how to take care of them all! If you’re lucky enough to have him aboard your fishing trip as a first mate believe me you will not be disappointed.

1st mate Makenna Hudson
Joining us for another season is our First Mate Makenna Hudson. Makenna is an Ashtabula native who has spent her whole life on Lake Erie boating and fishing out of Ashtabula, Ohio. Makenna is a hard working woman. Along with being our first mate she is a full time Respiratory Therapist, a part-time server at our local smoked meats restaurant and a self proclaimed Ashtabula Harbor tour guide and enthusiast. With her love of the outdoors and fishing we became blessed to have her aboard our team!
She knows what she’s doing, does an excellent job on the water and with her “sparkling” personality she fits into every customers conversation aboard. She is excited to continue on our team for another season. You will enjoy her if she gets to fish with you.

1st mate Sam Addair
First mate Sam Addair is a cosmetologist/hair stylist mom. This girl has a true love of the outdoors with hiking, camping, fishing and even hunting …. she is the total outdoor package. Lake Erie is demanding water and she does a great job aboard our boats. With her bubbly personality she fits well into customers environments and enhances their fishing experience on the water. We are so blessed to have her aboard, you will be also if she happens to get to fish with you!
